Over 250 households in Kiptororo ward, Kuresoi North sub-county, are poised to benefit from an ongoing borehole drilling project along the Sondu River. The initiative aims to alleviate the challenges of water access that the community faces, particularly farmers.

James Tirop, the Sub-county Water Officer, and area MCA Alex Bor revealed that upon completion, the project will cater to domestic water needs and unlock new economic opportunities for residents by reducing the time spent fetching water.

The Nakuru County administration remains committed to supporting similar projects across the county, ensuring that all residents have access to clean and dependable water sources.
