County Executive Committee Member for Education, Hon. Zipporah Wambui, alongside Maai Mahiu MCA, Hon. Eliud Kamau Chege, has commissioned a modern kitchen at Ngeya Pre-Primary School in Maai Mahiu Ward, Naivasha Sub-County.
The facility is a key boost to Lishe na Mama, Governor Susan Kihika’s School Feeding Program, ensuring that young learners receive nutritious meals to support their education. The initiative has already led to a significant increase in ECDE enrollment, reinforcing the county’s commitment to quality early childhood education.
During the event, the CECM and area MCA engaged with the community, who expressed appreciation for the Governor’s efforts in improving education and ensuring a conducive learning environment for ECDE learners.
