The Nakuru County Government has commenced the rehabilitation of Kasarani Water Springs in Amalo Ward, Kuresoi South Sub-County. The project, once completed, will provide over 2,000 residents of Kasarani Village and Olenguroune township with safe and clean water.
Sub-County Water Officer, Eng. James Tirop noted that the newly renovated water source will replace the previous contaminated spring, which residents had shared with livestock. Tirop emphasized the importance of safeguarding the water project to ensure its long-term sustainability.
The initiative highlights Governor Susan Kihika’s commitment to providing clean and safe water to Nakuru County residents.
