Nakuru County Deputy Governor H.E David Kones, leading a team from the county government, offered condolences on behalf of Governor Susan Kihika to the family of the late Mama Monica Wangu Wamwere. The condolences were conveyed during a church service for the former Assistant Minister Koigi Wa Wamwere at St. Monica Section 58.
During the funeral service, Deputy Governor Kones praised Mama Monica for her resilience and emphasized her significant role in supporting Koigi Wamwere, contributing to his achievements in leadership.
