County Staff at Church Fundraising Event

Nakuru County Secretary, Dr. Samuel Mwaura, represented Governor Susan Kihika at a fundraising event hosted by the Neema Branch of Full Gospel Churches of Kenya (FGCK) in Dundori, Bahati Sub-county. The event aimed to gather support for various community needs, including healthcare, education, and road construction.

Dr. Mwaura conveyed Governor Kihika’s message, emphasizing the significance of collaborative efforts to drive development in the region. He highlighted the governor’s commitment to reclaiming public lands for infrastructure development that would benefit the residents.

Accompanying Dr. Mwaura were Health Executive Member Roselyne Mungai and Agriculture Chief Officer Newton Mwaura. They provided updates on ongoing and proposed projects, such as the establishment of a fertilizer storage facility in Dundori Center and the distribution of avocado seedlings to local farmers.

The congregation, led by Reverend Francis Kang’ethe, expressed gratitude for Governor Kihika’s dedication to addressing the community’s needs. The event fostered a sense of community involvement and showcased the county government’s commitment to engaging with its residents.
