Department of Health in Nakuru County recently concluded its fourth cluster induction program for Health Facility Management Committees. A cohort of sixty-three dedicated members hailing from Nakuru County Referral and Teaching Hospital, Naivasha, Gilgil, Annexe, Soin, Keringet, and Olenguruone hospitals participated in an extensive training program. The curriculum, focused on Health Service Management oversight, aimed to empower committee members with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance healthcare delivery.
At the helm of this operation was County Executive Committee Member for Health, Roselyn Mungai. Her efficient coordination, coupled with a seamless blend of skills and expertise from Governor Susan Kihika’s executive delegation, ensured the success of the induction program.
