Under the visionary leadership of H.E. Governor Susan Kihika, Nakuru County is actively pursuing a transformative healthcare agenda. The goal is to ensure that each sub-county is equipped with a fully functional Level 4 Hospital, marking a significant stride towards providing improved and accessible healthcare services for all residents.
In line with this commitment, today witnessed a crucial development as Chief Officer for Lands and Physical Planning, Catherine Changwony, conducted a site visit to the proposed location for the upcoming Rongai Level 4 Hospital. The chosen site, spanning 6 acres, is strategically positioned to cater to the healthcare needs of the local community.
The event was graced by the presence of Dr Alex Langat, the Area MCA, who also holds the position of Majority Leader at the Nakuru County Assembly. Dr. Langat, along with technical officers from the Lands and Physical Planning Department, actively participated in the site visit, underscoring the collaborative effort driving this healthcare initiative.
As Nakuru County progresses in its mission to establish fully functional Level 4 Hospitals across all sub-counties, this development stands as a testament to the dedication and strategic planning invested in advancing the well-being of the community.
