Olenguruone Dairy Farmers Cooperative Society in Amalo ward, Kuresoi South Sub-County, recently conducted a fair and successful election of its officials. This significant exercise is geared towards promoting the society’s growth, fostering healthy competition within the cooperative, and ensuring effective leadership.
Mr Kibet Kurgat, the Cooperatives Chief Officer, praised the society for undertaking this important initiative. He emphasized the vital role that the newly elected officials will play in steering steady progress and providing beneficial services to the members, highlighting their exceptional leadership skills.
The election took place during the society’s Annual General Meeting, where Mr Kurgat, alongside key players in the private sector, acknowledged and rewarded individuals who have made noteworthy contributions to the growth of the cooperative.
